Changing the password of your TransIP account

You can retrieve your log in credentials for your TransIP account by visiting our 'Forgot your credentials?' page.

Enter the email address that's listed in your account to receive an email with your username and a link to change the password to your account. In case you have multiple accounts at TransIP registered with the same email address, you will receive an email for each username.

If you're already logged in to your account, you can change the password to your account via the control panel. To do so, click on your username in the top right corner and click on 'My Account'. Now click on the tab 'Security' and enter both your old and your new password. Hit 'Save' to save the changes.

Please note that you can only change the password of your TransIP account this way. The steps in this article do not apply to passwords of your email, databases or SFTP credentials.

If you can't log in to your account, please use the steps in the article 'How do I retrieve my TransIP accout password if lost?' to regain access.
