Migration of email addresses to a new emailplatform

Since December 2025, new email packages have already been provisioned on our new email platform. Starting from May 2026, we will begin migrations to move email addresses that are still hosted on our legacy email platform to the new platform. In this article, we explain how this process works and what it means for you.

    Impact

The impact will be very limited. In broad terms, the migration process will look like this:

    1. In the background, the majority of your emails will already be transferred. You will not notice anything during this phase; your email address will continue to function as usual.
    2. During the final phase, actions in your control panel will be temporarily disabled. If you are logged into your email account through an email client or webmail, you will be logged out for the duration of the migration. You will also see a notification in your control panel at that time.
    3. The remaining emails will then be transferred and synchronized so that everything on the new email platform matches the previous platform. This will take no more than a few minutes.
    4. After that, your email address will be fully hosted on the new email platform. You will then be able to manage your email addresses again and log back into webmail or your email client.

The noticeable part of the migration will take only a few minutes. You will also not miss any emails during the process. Emails sent to you during the migration will still be delivered to your mailbox after the migration is completed.

When will the migration take place

The migrations will begin from May 2026 onward. From that date, we will gradually transfer all email addresses. This will be done per account, meaning that when it is your turn, all your email packages and email addresses will be migrated one after another.

The exact date and time of your migration will not be announced in advance. Due to the limited impact, you do not need to make any preparations yourself, and we expect that you will notice little to nothing during the migration process.
