    Cancelling an order

At TransIP we stand behind the quality and performance of our services. In case our services might not completely suit your needs, private consumers can invoke the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the purchase of one of our services.

For private users to be able to use the right of withdrawal, it is important you inform TransIP regarding your decision to revoke the agreement. This needs to be done via an unequivocal statement.

The fastest way of doing this, is by logging on to your control panel and clicking on the 'Contact' button. From here, you can send a direct message to our support department, informing them you wish to cancel the service. You do not need to add an attachment; all you need to do is mention the service you wish to cancel and state the fact that you wish to invoke the right of withdrawal.

Another way of doing this, is by signing the model withdrawal form and sending it by e-mail.

As soon as we have received notice of your wish to use the right of withdrawal, we will immediately cancel the services concerned. Data and configurations present on those services will be deleted during the process. Any payments made for the service cancelled this way will be refunded.

    Important:

The term for using the right of withdrawal is 14 days and takes effect on the day you approve the proposition.

Exceptions on the right of withdrawal:

    • The right of withdrawal applies to consumers and small independent contractors. It does not apply to corporate customers.
    • After ordering a domain registration we will immediately start registering the domain name with the corresponding registry. With every succesful domain registration or domain transfer you renounce your right of withdrawal
