    What's my invoice about?

We periodically send an invoice for services you purchase from us. You will then receive an email with a subject that looks like: Invoice F0000.1234.1234.1234.

If you are not sure what the invoice is about (for example, after receiving a reminder), you can view the invoice in your control panel or download it in your control panel. In this article, we will show you how to view an invoice from your control panel.

    • In this article, we explain how you can download your invoices and find out to which email address the mail is sent.

    • For security reasons, the invoice can only be downloaded or viewed from the control panel. Our support department does not send them separately based on an email request.

    View an Invoice

    Step 1

Log in to your control panel, click on the blue gear icon at the top right, and click on 'My Account'.

Forgot your password? In our article 'I forgot my login details', we explain how to reset your password.

    Step 2

    Click on the 'Invoices' tab.

    Step 3

Click on the number of an invoice you want to view (see screenshot above). You will see the contents of an invoice as in the example below.

Under 'Item', you will find the names of the services the invoice relates to.

    Cancel Services

Do you no longer want to use your services? Then you can cancel them from the services page, or consult our article 'cancel your services' for a guide on canceling services.
