Hyper-V can't be used on our VPS platform. This is because your VPS is hosted on our hypervisors (which use KVM). Hyper-V is also a hypervisor and you would then have a hypervisor on top of a hypervisor. The performance of Hyper-V on a VPS would therefore be very dramatic. For this reason, the virtualization option for VPSs is disabled at the level of the hypervisor itself.
