By opening an incognito window, you can quickly find out whether a website not showing changes is due to the browser cache. Do you see changes in an incognito window but not in a "normal" browser window? Always clear your browser cache first. This is because an incognito window does not store cache data and always retrieves the newest page when you open a new incognito window.
Use Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to force refresh the page. However, a so-called ‘Force refresh’ only works for the page you are currently visiting. In some cases, it is therefore desirable to refresh your entire cache. Below we explain how to do this per browser.
